We have extensive experience designing for complex and highly regulated environments, including bushfire-prone areas with varying Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) requirements, flood-affected sites, and steep or sloping terrains. These conditions require a deeper level of consideration—not only in terms of compliance, but also in how design can work with, rather than against, the constraints of the site. Our approach balances technical resolution with design intent, ensuring that safety, performance, and aesthetics are all addressed holistically.

We also work with off-grid and remote projects, where self-sufficiency, environmental performance, and resource efficiency become central to the design process. From passive solar principles and material durability to water collection and energy systems, we integrate sustainable thinking at every stage to create homes that are resilient, efficient, and future-focused.
