Simple yet sophisticated, this home was designed in response to our clients’ exciting news of an expanding family. With a vision to create a space that could comfortably welcome their newborn while reflecting a contemporary lifestyle, the brief called for a balance of style, functionality, and warmth.

A key design feature is the use of two-tone exterior materials, which add visual depth and a dynamic, modern aesthetic. This contrast not only enhances the architectural expression but also establishes a strong street presence, anchored by a large, welcoming entryway that sets the tone for the home within. Internally, the residence embraces open-plan living, with expansive kitchen and dining areas designed for both everyday functionality and effortless entertaining.

At the heart of the home is a striking hanging fireplace — a modern sculptural element that brings both warmth and elegance to the living area. Acting as a bold focal point, it invites gathering and creates a sense of intimacy within the open layout.
